About Us:
We specialize in transforming aspiring and established public speakers into successful, in-demand professionals who get booked and paid to speak. Our Live Virtual 2-Day Bootcamps are intensive, high-energy events designed to equip participants with the skills, strategies, and confidence to thrive in the public speaking industry.

Every bootcamp attendee is a highly qualified lead—having already completed a free webinar and invested several hundred dollars to secure their ticket. With a proven system and audience, we’re expanding our team of sales closers to help our participants take the next big step in their speaking careers.

About the Role:
We are seeking EXPERIENCED sales closers with a background in public speaking to join our team as Virtual Event Coaches. This role combines the credibility of a seasoned public speaker with the skill of a high-ticket sales closer. You’ll coach aspiring speakers in small group breakout sessions, guide them through workshop activities, and close sales ranging from $9,000 to $25,000 during and after the event.

What You’ll Do:
As a Virtual Event Coach / Sales Closer, you’ll be responsible for:

Pre-Event Responsibilities:

  • Conducting 1:1 introductory and discovery calls with assigned leads to build rapport and identify their goals.
  • Nurturing assigned leads via personalized text and email follow-ups to maintain engagement before the event.
  • Participating in pre-event sales meetings to align on goals, strategies, and best practices.

During the Event:

  • Attending all main training sessions (delivered via Zoom) to stay engaged and interact with leads via private chat.
  • Leading small group breakout sessions (15-30 participants) after each main session to help attendees workshop content, answer questions, and inspire them with your personal speaking experience.
  • Representing our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and credibility to create a positive and impactful experience for all participants.

Post-Event Responsibilities:

  • Conducting 1:1 follow-up sales calls with participants in your breakout group to close high-ticket deals.
  • Driving sales through persistent nurturing and follow-up efforts over 1-2 weeks post-event.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining ethical and client-focused practices.

Ongoing:

  • Repeating this process for events held twice per month, with the opportunity for growth into a full-time W-2 role.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in sales tech tools and platforms like HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, and email marketing tools.
