Job Description

What does it feel like to be a Lead React Developer in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

Joining us as a Lead React Developer, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile consultant teams working within large-scale transformation projects, that impact the life of millions of EU citizens. The job holder will have the opportunity to manage a backlog of forward-thinking product features and guide the agile team into delivering valuable Product Increments using cutting-edge technologies and agile at scale methodologies. 
 

As a Lead React Developer, you will:

  • Drive the strategic direction of front-end development, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Inspire and mentor your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Architect and build high-performance, scalable web applications that enhance user experience
  • Collaborate with product managers to define project requirements and timelines
  • Utilize the use of modern development practices and tools, introducing best practices to improve efficiency
  • Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges
  • Ensure the timely delivery of projects, balancing quality with speed
  • Contribute to decision-making processes at both a technical and operational level, influencing the direction of future projects

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • 6-7 years of relevant experience in software development
  • Proven experience leading a team of 7-8 developers
  • Strong communication skills, especially in collaborating with delivery groups
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development
  • Expertise in the following technologies:
    • JavaScript
    • TypeScript
    • React
    • JavaScript CSS
    • UI/UX Design
    • HTML/CSS
    • RESTful APIs
