WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

We empower our customers to grow their businesses by enabling product adoption, advocating internally for their strategic needs, and ensuring their desire to renew their contracts and expand their usage over time.

The Network Account Manager (Network AM) is accountable for revenue retention and engagement of Wealth Network Advisors—advisors operating under various enterprise-level agreements– in an assigned book of business. This role requires strong collaboration with our Managing Director of Partnerships, who owns the enterprise renewal conversations, ensuring that relevant insights and advisor engagement support renewal efforts.

As Nitrogen’s Network Account Manager you’ll:

Advisor Engagement & Growth

  • Develop and execute a structured engagement plan to ensure regular, meaningful touchpoints with Wealth Network Advisors.
  • Leverage creative approaches to maintain advisor engagement, ensuring they remain active and invested in our platform.
  • Identify opportunities for advisor growth, usage expansion, and additional product adoption.
  • Ensure advisor needs and feedback are effectively communicated internally to influence product development and engagement strategies.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with the Managing Director of Partnerships, providing insights, notes, and updates to support renewal conversations at the enterprise level.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Support, to drive additional value for advisors under enterprise agreements.
  • Participate in team and cross-functional meetings, including product training and all-company standups (Pulse).

Account Management & Data Tracking

  • Maintain accurate and detailed account notes to ensure seamless coordination between the AM team and Partnerships.
  • Track and document all advisor interactions, key insights, and engagement metrics in Salesforce.
  • Maintain adequate data in Salesforce related to accounts, contacts, and users.

Renewals, Churn Mitigation & Operational Support

  • Support operational processes related to billing, contract amendments, and renewals.
  • Be proactive in identifying and mitigating potential churn risks, escalating as needed.
  • Manage customer cases related to billing and contract inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Participate in call reviews with leadership and peers for continuous improvement.
  • Complete accurate and timely reporting (e.g., Weekly Performance Metric Tracking).
  • Share customer product enhancement requests and feedback.
  • Assign and communicate priority to customer escalations, following SOPs for proposing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • 2 years at a technology company with a SaaS subscription model
  • 2 years in a customer-facing role in technology
  • 1 year using Salesforce on a daily basis as part of your core role
  • College degree or equivalent work experience

  • Strong organizational skills—able to track, manage, and document advisor engagement effectively as well as manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration—able to work cross-functionally and translate advisor insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to think creatively about engagement strategies, ensuring consistent and meaningful advisor interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring that relevant information is captured and relayed accurately for renewal conversations.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset—able to analyze engagement trends and identify areas for improvement.

The expected compensation range for this role is a $60-$65k Salary plus Incentive Compensation.

Lesser experience may result in lower compensation and greater experience may result in greater compensation than the stated range.
