The Network Account Manager (Network AM) is accountable for revenue retention and engagement of Wealth Network Advisors—advisors operating under various enterprise-level agreements– in an assigned book of business. This role requires strong collaboration with our Managing Director of Partnerships, who owns the enterprise renewal conversations, ensuring that relevant insights and advisor engagement support renewal efforts.

The expected compensation range for this role is a $60-$65k Salary plus Incentive Compensation.
Lesser experience may result in lower compensation and greater experience may result in greater compensation than the stated range.

Our innovative client engagement platform—launched through the revolutionary Riskalyze software—has transformed how advisors connect with their clients. Your day-to-day will involve engaging directly with Wealth Network Advisors to ensure they derive maximum value from our offerings. You’ll develop and execute structured engagement plans, ensuring regular and meaningful interactions that help advisors grow their business. As a key player in the retention and engagement of our clients, you'll work closely with our Managing Director of Partnerships to share relevant insights that support enterprise-level renewal conversations. This collaborative atmosphere doesn’t just stop at internal partnerships; you’ll also partner with Sales and Customer Support teams, driving additional value for our advisors. Your organizational skills will shine as you maintain detailed account notes and utilize Salesforce for tracking interactions and engagement metrics. This position is designed for someone with a customer-centric mindset, who can proactively identify churn risks and support operational processes related to billing and renewals. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you'll be part of a team that reviews calls for personal growth and shares critical product feedback.
