Project Analyst

Responsibilities

Noblis MSD is seeking a Project Analyst to provide business policy support for CANES engineering team 100% onsite at the NIWC Pacific location in Point Loma in developing documentation for technical direction and process improvement, monitor task execution, develop spreadsheets and assist in power BI development. 

Responsibilities

• Support CANES management and financial team in the analysis of operation documentation.
• Develop, update and create spreadsheets for tracking.
• Support the monitoring of deliverables
• Support the engineers in the creation of task automation
• Provide inputs and analysis to schedules, attend and document CANES functional meetings
• Demonstrated verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work individually or in teams to communicate effectively with people of many diverse backgrounds including students, staff, faculty and customers

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 4 Years experience in supporting government operations
• U.S. Citizenship
• Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one (interim security clearance prior to hire date)
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint development
• Experience in DoD organization
• Understanding of budgeting
• Experience in government contracts

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
