**The main location for this role will be CDH. However, this role may require working at Delnor Hospital 1-2 times a week. As well as covering vacations at Delnor Hospital as needed.**
The Patient Services Rep reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Patient Services Rep performs customer service functions in the medical practice office. This position ensures highest level of customer service is provided to the patients and company representatives over the phone and in person. The Patient Services Rep also performs business office duties.
