UX/UI Designer

Our client is building the future of AI-powered customer engagement, with RAISA, an AI assistant transforming interactions across retail, education, and service industries. Our platform enables businesses and resellers to self-serve, configure, and deploy AI assistants that enhance customer experience. 

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who is deeply product-minded, detail-oriented, and has exceptional taste in modern SaaS design. This role is perfect for someone who can balance functional simplicity with AI-driven intelligence while designing intuitive, high-performance SaaS platforms. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own UX/UI for our AI-powered self-serve SaaS platform—ensuring a seamless, scalable experience for businesses to deploy and customize AI assistants. 
  • Design intuitive, modern user interfaces that bring AI-driven interactions to life across web, mobile, and conversational UI. 
  • Craft the user experience of AI-powered dashboards, analytics, and interaction builders, enabling non-technical users to manage AI workflows with ease. 
  • Develop conversational UI/UX patterns for voice-first AI engagement, ensuring natural and frictionless interactions. 
  • Define and optimize user journeys—simplifying complex AI configurations while maintaining flexibility for power users. 
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to align UX with product goals and business needs. 
  • Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly, incorporating AI-assisted design tools to enhance workflow efficiency. 
  • Maintain a high standard of visual design, ensuring UI components are modern, elegant, and highly usable. 

What You Bring: 

  • 3-7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably for modern SaaS products or AI-powered platforms.  
  • Exceptional taste in design—you understand what makes a UI feel polished, intuitive, and modern.  
  • Experience designing self-serve, configurable SaaS platforms with an emphasis on simplicity and usability. 
  • Strong sense of product ownership—you’re not just designing screens but shaping the entire product experience. 
  • Experience in conversational UI, voice-first interactions, or AI-driven UX. 
  • Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools) and ability to prototype interactive experiences. 
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance user experience. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing multiple hats and delivering quickly. 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with LLM-powered chatbots, AI voice assistants, or AI-powered UX personalization. 
  • Background in motion design or micro-interactions to enhance AI-driven UI experiences.
