In your role as a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be key in designing and building a self-serve portal that’s easy for everyone, even non-technical users, to navigate. Imagine developing interactive dashboards that not only showcase real-time metrics but also provide insights into customer sentiment! You’ll create drag-and-drop interfaces for training AI, giving users the power to tailor their conversational assistant's tone and flow. As you enhance conversational UI components, you will focus on optimizing for various interaction styles, whether it’s text, voice, or multimodal. Your creativity will shine as you innovate with AI-driven personalization features that adapt based on user interactions. With more than 5 years in frontend development under your belt, you’ll leverage your mastery of technologies like React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS to deliver fast, accessible, and mobile-optimized solutions.
