Responsibilities
Develop custom client solutions utilizing Yahoo’s full stack service, including but not limited to Display ad, Native, and Search advertising.
Quarterback a cross-functional account team and serve as the primary contact for our clients and agency partners.
Develop strategic plans to achieve and/or exceed target revenue goals
Partner with clients to understand strategic needs and deliver Yahoo resources to meet not only advertising needs but overarching business needs
Understand and effectively communicate Yahoo’s value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships as they are related to the growth of current and prospective client accounts
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting these to the organization; report on the macro and micro forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Develop in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry, including developing innovations in various display ad formats, programmatic, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or similar education
Relevant professional experience in digital media or ad tech.
Demonstrated partnerships with key accounts/media agencies and proven track record as a trusted advisor to clients
Deep understanding of the digital media industry with the ability to credibly articulate strategic insights for clients that are based on data and research
History of selecting appropriate products from a diverse product arsenal to solve the client’s advertising objectives; ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and position them against competitors
