Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Lilly Pulitzer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clientele while assisting with the operational and sales needs of the store. To become a Sales Associate at Lilly Pulitzer, prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred. You should be comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and able to lift up to 20 pounds. Familiarity with XStore and Tulip is an added bonus but not mandatory!

As a Sales Associate at Lilly Pulitzer, your work schedule will be part-time and may require flexible hours to accommodate the seasonal nature of the business.
