Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end employee benefits programs for approximately 300 U.S. employees, oversee payroll reporting, conduct audits, and handle leave of absence administration.
Skills: Proficient in benefits administration and payroll reporting, familiarity with ADP and Fidelity, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications: Proven experience in benefits administration, familiarity with managing parental leave, and strong organizational skills are preferred.
Location: This is a fully remote position based in the United States.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $25 - $45 per hour.
