Job Purpose
As Head of Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind Bluestone’s brand presence, broker engagement, and strategic partnerships. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll lead a small, high-performing team across brand marketing, B2B marketing, events & sponsorships—delivering standout marketing initiatives that make Bluestone the go-to non-bank lender for brokers.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
· Brand & B2B Marketing: Lead the development and execution of Bluestone’s brand and B2B marketing strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
· Events & Sponsorships: Oversee the planning and execution of industry events, sponsorships, and activations that strengthen our broker relationships and enhance brand visibility.
· Partnerships: Identify and manage strategic marketing partnerships that align with Bluestone’s business objectives.
· Content & Campaigns: Develop compelling marketing campaigns and content that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
· Budget Management: Own the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. · Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. · Performance Tracking: Set KPIs and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, optimizing strategies based on data and insights.
