Product Manager (Mobile)

Payabl.The role is about:
As part of payabl.’s Mobile Product team, you’ll take ownership of our mobile experience across iOS and Android, working to create a seamless, intuitive, and high-performance app that connects users to our entire suite of financial services—from online and in-person payments to real-time account insights. This role is pivotal in bringing our customer experience strategy to life on mobile, ensuring consistency with our web and API channels while prioritizing accessibility and usability.
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional squad focused on mobile innovation, collaborating closely with design, back-end, QA, and compliance teams. You’ll guide the development of new features and improvements across markets, keeping customer needs and business goals at the center of everything we build.

Location: Warsaw,Poland / Lisbon, Portugal / Limassol, Cyprus or Vilnius, Lithuania.

  • Define, own, and deliver the mobile product roadmap in alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, AML, Marketing, Operations) and developers to execute product initiatives efficiently.
  • Partner with design and engineering to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and secure mobile features.
  • Lead product discovery and ideation for mobile-first experiences, validating ideas through user feedback and data.
  • Drive cross-market development strategies to ensure scalability and localization.
  • Use data and market research to identify opportunities for performance optimization and growth.
  • Ensure platform compliance with relevant regulations and security standards across all supported regions.
  • Manage third-party integrations where needed and collaborate with API and platform teams to ensure consistent backend delivery.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on mobile applications.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or mobile payments is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to ship mobile products across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of mobile development processes, app store ecosystems, and UX best practices.
  • Comfortable with tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, Jira, Figma, and Confluence.
  • Ability to write clear product specs, user stories, and roadmap documentation.
  • Experience working within Agile environments and leading product sprints.
  • Analytical thinking with a strong grasp of KPIs and mobile analytics.

Step 1: Initial Interview – A 30–40 minute call with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your experience and ambitions.

Step 2: Hiring Manager Interview – A 45–60 minute deep-dive with the Head of Product.

Step 3: Technical Assignment – A take-home test (approx. 60–90 minutes) to showcase your thinking.

Step 4: Final Interview – A behavioral interview with the Head of Product, Head of TA, and Group CTO focused on culture and fit.
