Position Summary:

 

The Perforce Sales Compensation Analyst will join a fast-paced growing team working with our sales leaders on interesting compensation-related projects. You must have a can-do attitude, enjoy rolling up your sleeves and be a part of an innovative culture where you can build and provide real-time impact on a global scale. 


The Sales Compensation Analyst leads efforts to continuously improve reporting and analytics, drives ad-hoc projects with high visibility, and manages key compensation planning projects that impact every seller at Perforce. This high-impact role requires partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure projects are successful from a variety of perspectives. A successful candidate must be articulate - both written and verbal, while also excelling at data analysis and modeling. 


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales commissions or adjacent functions for a high growth sales team.   
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to compile, transform, analyze, and present complex data sets 
  • Experience with Commissions software solutions, Captivate IQ experience is a must 
  • Ability to multi-task across a broad range of responsibilities and work in a dynamic environment. 
  • Demonstrated ownership, problem solving, attention to detail and analytical skills 
  • High level of integrity and ability to navigate gray areas to arrive at appropriate business / customer-focused conclusions 
  • Ability to work autonomously and possess excellent organizational skills to stay motivated in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines 
  • Prior experience in working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders 

Preferred Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred. 
  • Salesforce.com CRM experience 


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day commission administration resulting in accurate and timely commission payments. 
  • Create, validate, audit and distribute monthly statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of commissions crediting and payout results. 
  • Respond to compensation-related inquiries from the Sales Team in an effective and timely manner. 
  • Support the creation and distribution of individual sales commission plans for eligible employees 
  • Perform configuration, testing and other support activities related to plan, quota, and policy changes 
  • Manage Sales Promotion, bonus and SPIFF payments. 
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting to CRO, General Managers, Finance and CEO of commission and sales attainment metrics. 
  • Proactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements, documenting procedures to achieve efficiencies and scalability. 
  • Become a trusted advisor on sales incentive plan to the global sales organization 
  • Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and Human Resources to maintain monthly commission reporting and ad hoc projects as needed 


$68,200 - $96,325 a year

Additionally, this position is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, life insurance, wellness programs, total time off, and other employee perks that may be offered by Perforce from time to time. The actual offer will depend on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s education, skills, qualifications, depth of experience and other relevant business considerations.
