Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business goals, driving long-term profitability and sustainable growth.

• Fundraising & Investor Engagement: Collaborate closely with the CEO and Board to manage high-impact fundraising rounds, investor relationships, and strategic financial communications

• Precision Reporting & Compliance: Oversee meticulous financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.

• Protective Risk Management: Vigilantly manage cash flow, identify financial risks, and implement robust strategies for optimal capital allocation.

• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and oversee sophisticated financial models, particularly tailored to hardware/software stacks, enabling informed strategic decisions and forecasting accuracy.

• Operational Excellence: Implement scalable and streamlined financial systems, processes, and controls designed to support rapid growth

• Collaborative Team Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performing finance team that embodies accountability, innovation, and operational excellence. Act as advisor and partner to all teams to inform data-driven decisions and foster financial discipline company-wide.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (MS or PhD) is preferred but not required.

• Experience: 15+ years of hands-on experience in hardware engineering, particularly in the AI or high-performance computing sectors. Direct experience with custom silicon design is essential.

• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in designing and developing hardware systems, with deep knowledge of semiconductor technologies, hardware architecture, and systems integration.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to tackle technical challenges head-on, with a hands-on approach to solving complex hardware problems.

• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless integration and development.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a hands-on approach to adapting to changing priorities and technical demands.
