About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join us. The key area of responsibility of this role is to validate short- to medium-term roadmaps within the product function of the business, as well as to inform and help shape the longer term, more visionary business roadmap. Our UX Researcher will be critical in enabling our cross-functional squads to create and continuously improve our product which is customer-centric and creates delight for our users!

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting research with our Brands to help us sharpen our value proposition and drive product feature improvement
• Support business strategy with problem definition & high-level concept evaluation.
• Create empathy & journey maps to enhance user experience.
• Track & implement experience metrics (CSAT, NPS).
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Advocate for research, coaching teams as needed.
• Improve research processes & manage B2B/B2C panels.
• Lead research across product development by conducting generative research to shape strategy & product direction.
• Support squads in defining roadmaps & problem spaces whilst overseeing squad initiatives and ideation

A little bit about you…

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…

• Experience conducting user research in a fast-paced, complex and product-driven environment.
• Examples of executing end-to-end user research projects that have impacted product strategy and design outcomes.
• Experience in a variety of user research methodologies and techniques. (Interviews, surveys, diary study, card sorting).
• Growing analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate research findings to a variety of audiences.   
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with user research tools and software 
• A passion for understanding user behaviour and advocating for user-centered design.
