Job Description

As a Product Designer at Playground, you will be responsible for crafting seamless user interfaces and delivering exceptional user experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on products that meet the needs of our users and align with our company's vision.

Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our digital products.

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability of our products.

  • Utilize Figma to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user interface and user experience.

  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.

  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Compensation:

  • The annual salary range for this position is $115,000 - $165,000, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes

  • Job level and actual compensation will be decided on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.
