Performs job responsibilities within the framework of established Hospital procedures, policies and standards under the direct supervision of the Corporate Benefits Manager.
Required qualifications:
1. 2 years previous health plan experience
2. Must speak, read, and write English with the ability to compose correspondence displaying good command of the English language.
3. General office and/or Personnel related experience.
Preferred qualifications:
1. High School education or its equivalent preferred; college degree desired.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $26.39 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
