In this role, you will be a key part of our dynamic sales team and drive our marketplace growth through both outbound and inbound strategies. You will collaborate daily with leaders from scale-ups, helping them optimize their capital stack.
Reporting directly to our VP Sales, you will have a direct impact on our success and your career growth. As we define ourselves as the quality leader in our industry, delivering outstanding consulting and service to our clients and partners, you will receive a comprehensive onboarding.
As you grow into your role, you will take ownership of an expansion vertical - whether it's a new market, industry, or strategic initiative.
You will proactively reach out to, engage with, and onboard new clients, acting as their main point of contact for customers and partners - mostly at the C-Level
You will independently coordinate the client onboarding process across teams (e.g., Risk, Portfolio Management, Marketing) to ensure an exceptional experience
You will develop and execute a strategy for one of our key verticals, driving growth and innovation
You have 2-3 years of experience in sales - particularly in B2B or financial services (credit knowledge is a plus)
You are looking for an intellectual challenge, adapt quickly and thrive in a constantly changing environment
You have strong communication skills and handle sensitive matters with diplomacy and professionalism
You are highly (self-)organized, move fast, and know when attention to detail matters most
You are fluent in English and German
Experience with tech-driven and distributed companies is a plus
You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU - re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment
