ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Marketing Manager, Growth will lead experiential and digital distribution strategies to drive market domination for Regal. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role for someone who thrives on testing, iterating, and scaling new marketing channels. The right person isn’t just good at running campaigns—they’re obsessed with growth hacking, new tools, and finding fresh ways to break through.

This role is about distribution and experimentation. We want someone who is plugged into every growth marketing trend, constantly piloting new ad formats, creative tools, and marketing strategies. Whether it’s short-form video, OOH, podcasts, guerrilla marketing, or paid social—you figure it out, test it fast, and optimize for impact. For instance, we recently ran a campaign for the Regal AI Dog Hotline (regal.ai/dog).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own experimental campaigns end to end.
  • Own demand-driving distribution strategies for experiential campaigns and paid digital, ensuring we’re constantly optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Relentlessly experiment with new channels—from TikTok-style B2B content to AI-powered ad creation, to finding underpriced media that others haven’t tapped into yet.
  • Be a scrappy executor! If we want to test OOH or podcast ads, you’ll research vendors, vet them, negotiate pricing, and launch quickly. No waiting around.
  • Leverage paid and organic strategies to amplify content across channels like LinkedIn, newsletters, display ads, and video.
  • Optimize every piece of creative—from landing pages to ads to short-form video—using the latest marketing tools, AI, and automation.
  • Move fast and iterate constantly. Speed is everything in this role. We don’t need perfect; we need what works right now.
  • Measure and report on performance - track pipeline contribution, CPL, ROAS, and iterate based on what’s working (and what’s not)

ABOUT YOU:
  • 2+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or digital marketing—ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
  • Growth hacking mindset: You’re always testing new tools, AI-driven ad creative, and new ways to distribute content.
  • Paid media experience: You’ve managed budgets across paid social, display, programmatic, and other digital channels.
  • Creative problem solver: You don’t need direct experience in every channel, but you figure things out fast.
  • Data-driven: Strong grasp of ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPL, and how to optimize against them.
  • Obsessed with speed: You execute quickly, efficiently, and effectively.

BENEFITS/PERKS:
  • We care about your health!
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans - 80% covered by the company
  • Flexible PTO & 11 paid holidays/year
  • We care about future you!
  • 401k Plan
  • Paid parental leave
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • We care about connection!
  • In-office breakfast and snacks daily
  • Happy hours, team outings, & annual off-sites
