ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Senior Marketing Manager, Growth will lead experiential and digital distribution strategies to drive market domination for Regal. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role for someone who thrives on testing, iterating, and scaling new marketing channels. The right person isn’t just good at running campaigns—they’re obsessed with growth hacking, new tools, and finding fresh ways to break through.
This role is about distribution and experimentation. We want someone who is plugged into every growth marketing trend, constantly piloting new ad formats, creative tools, and marketing strategies. Whether it’s short-form video, OOH, podcasts, guerrilla marketing, or paid social—you figure it out, test it fast, and optimize for impact. For instance, we recently ran a campaign for the Regal AI Dog Hotline (regal.ai/dog).

With your creative mindset, you'll not only run campaigns but push the boundaries on how we connect with customers. You’ll need at least two years of experience in growth marketing, especially within a B2B SaaS startup. You’ll be crunching numbers related to ROAS and CAC while measuring the impact of your strategies. At Regal, we value speed and creativity, so your ability to optimize campaigns quickly will be key.
