Para conseguirlo, estamos en busca de un/a Service Designer apasionado/a por crear experiencias innovadoras y centradas en las personas. Esta es una oportunidad para unirse a un equipo dinámico, donde tendrás la libertad de explorar soluciones creativas y diseñar servicios que impacten positivamente en la vida de nuestros clientes y que permitan alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.

Principales tareas: 

  • Diseño de la experiencia omnicanal de Repsol como proveedor energético, asegurando una visión coherente en todos los puntos de contacto con el cliente.
  • Definición de servicios y soluciones estratégicas, alineadas con las necesidades reales de los usuarios y los objetivos del negocio.
  • Visualización de recorriedos y momentos clave del cliente mediante la creación de journey maps, blueprints de servicio y prototipos que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
  • Evaluación, rediseño e implementación de experiencias de cliente omnicanal, aplicando enfoques creativos e innovadores para optimizar cada interacción.
  • Integración de insights del cliente en el diseño de servicios, garantizando que cada solución responda a expectativas y comportamientos reales.
  • Uso de metodologías de innovación y diseño centrado en el usuario para transformar propuestas de valor, productos y servicios según oportunidades detectadas.
  • Colaboración activa con equipos multidisciplinares, trabajando junto a diseñadores UX, desarrolladores y stakeholders clave para alinear visión y ejecución.
  • Validación de la viabilidad de los servicios diseñados, considerando tanto los requisitos tecnológicos como de negocio.
  • Análisis de desempeño de los servicios implementados, identificando oportunidades de mejora continua para optimizar la experiencia del cliente.

  • Formación en diseño de productos y servicios
  • Experiencia demostrable en proyectos como service designer
  • Conocimiento profundo de metodologías de diseño (design thinking, journey mapping, service blueprints, UX, prototipado de productos/servicios...)
  • Conocimientos sólidos en herramientas de diseño colaborativo (Figma, Miro...)
  • Visión estratégica para conectar necesidades de cliente con objetivos de negocio
  • Habilidad para sintetizar problemas complejos en soluciones claras.
  • Capacidad para comunicar ideas de manera clara y efectiva, tanto visual como verbalmente
  • Capacidad para trabajar y colaborar en equipos multidisciplinares a nivel transversal
  • Capacidad organizativa y de planificación con identificación de prioridades en la puesta en marcha de un servicio
  • Capacidad analítica aplicada a la experiencia
