As Contracts Specialist, you service as the primary point of contact for customers in obtaining order status, milestone tracking and any other required updates from time of order receipt through order acknowledgement and until final shipment.
Reporting to the Sales Support leadership, this person is responsible for accurately entering orders into the system including updates where required, while working as a liaison between all departments (sales, engineering, quality, production) within Rotork factories to ensure the fulfilment of customer requirements.
By using negotiation skills with both customers and internal departments regarding delivery or special requirements, this will help identify and resolve order queries and ensure that their requirements are correctly interpreted and fully understood.
