Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Voice

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our voice communication solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams to position Sinch’s voice products as the preferred choice for businesses. You’ll craft compelling messaging, drive adoption, and support revenue growth by aligning product capabilities with market needs.

Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for voice communication solutions.
  • Define target audience segments and tailor strategies to address their specific pain points and goals.

Go-to-Market Planning:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Sinch’s voice products, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and prioritize initiatives.
  • Enable the sales team to communicate value propositions and develop sales tools to support selling of our enterprise products

Messaging & Positioning:

  • Create clear, compelling value propositions and messaging for voice products that resonate with key customer segments.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including product one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and FAQs.

Content Development:

  • Produce high-quality content such as blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and videos to promote voice solutions.
  • Partner with the demand generation team to design campaigns that drive awareness and adoption.

Customer Advocacy:

  • Act as the “spokesperson” for our go-to-market messaging by delivering presentations in webinars, events and educational sessions with internal and external audiences
  • Collaborate with account teams to identify and showcase customer success stories.
  • Use customer insights to refine messaging and influence product roadmaps.

Performance Measurement:

  • Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze product adoption metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, telecommunications, or voice technology.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry with an understanding of cloud-based communications for the enterprise market
  • Strong understanding of voice communication technologies and use cases (e.g., cloud telephony, VoIP, IVR).
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of identifying opportunities, overcoming challenges, and delivering results in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of quickly adapting to new roles, processes, and tools, contributing effectively from day one.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft suite, Team, Salesforce, and content management systems.
  • Must be located within 90miles of one of our US offices (Chicago, IL, San Antonio, TX or Atlanta, GA)

The annual starting salary for this position is between $$132,385.00 - $165,481.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until 01/24/2025 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
