    Job Description

    The Airline Partnerships Account Manager is responsible for sales and marketing performance of aviation partnership sales channels (commercial and private aviation) at SIXT, covering the full range of mobility solutions. Maintaining a strong and sustainable relation with key contacts is essential. In addition, this person will develop the necessary strategy to contribute to the channel’s overall growth, analyze sales data and create marketing campaigns while monitoring competition and industry trends. The Airline Partnerships Manager plays a vital role in safeguarding the success of the airline sales channel at SIXT.

    YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

    • You serve as the first point of contact to airline partners
    • You build and maintain a strong relation to internal and external stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs
    • You lead the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns (online & offline) in consultation with partners, product owners, product pricing external agencies etc.
    • You monitor business development based on sales and marketing reports
    • You support business development by constantly monitoring opportunities to extend partner portfolio, touchpoints, product range etc.
    • You manage the organization of events, road shows, POS activations with the support of the event team

    YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

    • Experience You have 3-4 years as an account manager in partnerships, business development, or related roles
    • Technical Proficiency You have strong project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects concurrently, and perform well under pressure    
    • Soft Skills You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, quality & service, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively
    • Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently
    • Travel You are flexible and willing to travel up to 25% within the designated territory
