As a Design Engineer, you will have the incredible opportunity to contribute to the development of high-performance interconnect solutions used in critical applications ranging from aerospace to telecommunications. Your role will involve designing new products and improving existing designs while ensuring compliance with rigorous customer specifications and company quality standards. You’ll be collaborating with various internal departments to provide technical support and enhancing product designs, all while handling exciting challenges in the field. You will also be responsible for issuing Engineering Change Notification releases and maintaining product design guidelines. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and can make sound judgments under pressure, you will fit perfectly into our team. We value attention to detail, self-direction, and a collaborative spirit, and we encourage you to bring your unique perspective to our company, which prioritizes diversity and inclusion.
