Role Overview

As the Executive Chef with The Good Eating Company, you’ll be at the forefront of culinary excellence, curating upscale hospitality experiences that delight our discerning clientele.

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Chef who is focused on elevating the guest experience. The Executive Chef will operate the Café at Santana Row an upscale residential and commercial district of West San Jose, California. The Executive Chef will oversee the entire team, from kitchen staff to front-of-house, fostering an environment of excellence and customer advocacy, this position is a hands-on culinary role responsible for menu planning and execution.
