Votre futur environnement de travail :

Vous rejoindrez le site de Niort, accessible en transports en commun et comptant une centaine de collaborateurs. Vous intègrerez des équipes travaillant sur des domaines fonctionnels variés tels que l’assurance et la protection sociale ainsi que les services.

Intégré(e) au sein du pôle d'expertise technologique de l'agence, vous interviendrez de manière transverse au sein d’équipes projet pluridisciplinaires.

Vous aurez l’opportunité de contribuer aux chantiers porteurs de nos clients grand compte (parcours digitaux, solution d’orchestration, éditique, architecture logicielle, data, cloud) avec l’appui des diverses communautés du centre et de nos nombreux parcours certifiants.

Ecosystème technologique : Azure, Micro Services, JAVA 17+, React, Kotlin, Spring, Spring Boot, Web Flux, JUnit, API REST, GIT, Jenkins, Gradle, Docker.

 

Votre rôle et vos missions :

  • Vous coordonnez des actions de développement au sein du projet
  • Vous êtes garant de la conception et de la qualité du code
  • Vous accompagnez l’équipe dans sa montée en compétence
  • Vous validez les chiffrages des solutions techniques en cohérence avec la stratégie du client
  • Vous participez à l’effort de veille, d’innovation et d’excellence technologique
  • Vous apportez votre expertise lors des phases d'avant-vente et d'actions commerciales pour accompagner le développement de l'agence.
  • Vous contribuez à l’animation de la communauté Tech : partage de savoir-faire, retour d'expérience, présentation projet, participation au recrutement, possibilité de devenir formateur...

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Vous possédez une bonne capacité d'analyse, une solide compétence de conception logicielle, vous êtes un(e) développeur(se) frontend et backend confirmé(e).

De formation type Bac + 5 (Ecole d'Ingénieurs ou de formation équivalente), vous justifiez d'une expérience technique de 3 ans minimum en conception et programmation sur des technologies comme JAVA 17+, React, Spring, Spring Boot et vous présentez d'excellentes aptitudes au travail en équipe agile.

Vous faites preuve de fortes capacités d'adaptation, possédez un excellent relationnel et appréciez le travail en équipe.

La maîtrise des concepts de l'intégration continue et des méthodes Agile serait un plus.
