We are seeking a motivated Print Buyer to join our Purchasing team, where you'll play a crucial role in managing print logistics for our innovative publishing company, ensuring books reach readers globally.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include collaborating with teams on printing needs, evaluating vendor quotes, establishing new vendor relationships, managing purchasing across various product types, resolving quality issues, and generating monthly inventory reports.
Skills: Candidates should have over 2 years in a relevant field or a degree in project management or logistics, strong computer skills, project management experience, negotiations skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Qualifications: Experience in media or book publishing is preferred, familiarity with manufacturing and supply chains is a plus, and experience with international logistics is beneficial.
Location: This position offers hybrid flexibility in Naperville, IL, or New York City, with the option to work fully remote from selected states.

This position can be hybrid in Naperville, IL or New York City, or fully remote in the following states ONLY: AZ, CT, IL, LA, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, and WI.
The salary range provided is $40,000 – $50,000 for the Chicagoland area. We determine starting pay based on a thorough evaluation of job-related factors, including geographic location, market conditions, relevant experience, training, and education. This process ensures a fair and competitive salary that aligns with both the company and the candidate’s qualifications.
