Fitness General Manager | Miami, Florida

We’re searching for an energetic, visionary General Manager to take charge of two Pilates studios in the Miami, FL area (33139 and 33137). If you’re passionate about building strong teams, delivering exceptional experiences, and fostering a vibrant community, this is your opportunity to lead from the front and make a lasting impact!


As the General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our studio, setting the tone for everything we do. From day one, you’ll be shaping the culture, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere, and inspiring both clients and team members to reach their fullest potential. This is your chance to build and develop a thriving Pilates community— one that celebrates wellness, strength, and connection.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to attract new clients and enhance studio visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with local health, fitness, and wellness communities, as well as corporate partners and influencers.
  • Instructing: The candidate is expected to undergo a Pilates training program and instructs an average of 8 classes per week. The expectation of the General Manager is that in addition to instructing 8 classes per week on average, they are in the studio during class times for a minimum of 20 classes each week.
  • Studio Leadership: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless execution of company strategies, policies, and procedures. Be the face of the studio, inspiring and guiding your team to achieve excellence.
  • Client Experience: Ensure every client receives outstanding service and an unparalleled fitness experience, adhering to high brand standards.
  • Performance Management: Analyze key performance metrics such as sales, client retention, and class utilization. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve ambitious studio goals.
  • Team Development: Cultivate a positive team culture through effective communication, training, and mentorship. Oversee class and staff scheduling to ensure optimal studio operation.
  • Operations & Inventory: Manage studio resources, including supplies, retail inventory, beverages, and any facilities issues. Ensure all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and positively.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years of management experience
  • Experience working in a sales, fitness or wellness environment
  • Willing and able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Skilled in using Mindbody and managing CRM platforms 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and act on key performance metrics
  • Passion for Pilates and commitment to personal and team development


$70,000 - $80,000 a year
+ eligible for performance bonus
