We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.As an Art Director on the Marketing and Communications team, you will lead a talented team of designers, providing vision and leadership for the development of high quality, on-brand design for Stand Together and its partners. As a department leader, you'll foster a culture of creative collaboration and mentor junior designers. As the senior representative of Design, you'll be a trusted partner to stakeholders across the organization, helping to identify priorities and deliver on them. This role is for both a leader and doer, a hands-on manager who wants to contribute directly to strategic projects and, in doing so, sets the standard for others. The Art Director position is a rewarding opportunity for the right person to make a culturally significant impact by leveraging their talent to further our mission-driven goals.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a creative, collaborative work environment. Provide hands-on support and direction to the team.• Oversee and contribute to multi-platform design, including digital, social, motion design for video, and print, from ideation to execution.
