Our Mission:
At Sunrise Robotics, we are dedicated to augmenting humanity through intelligent robotics. Our mission is to elevate the world of manufacturing by introducing intelligent, flexible robots that enhance human capabilities and existing machinery, ushering in the next era of production at higher quality, with less waste, and lower cost.
Our Vision:
We see a future where every element of manufacturing, from design to assembly, is optimised with intelligent automation. Our vision is to integrate flexible robotic solutions, based on generic hardware and advanced software/AI capabilities, into manufacturing, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises, to make automation economically viable and accessible, for all sizes of manufacturers. We are not just building robots; we are creating the strategically crucial components for autonomous, intelligent agents of the future.
The Role:
We believe the foundation for building great products and companies starts with the right people. As a People Operations Manager, you will work closely with the founders to build a high-performance culture while crafting an engaging and fulfilling employee experience.
You will be responsible for designing and executing people strategies that support our growth, ensuring that our team thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while reinforcing our core values. From hiring and onboarding to development, and retention, you will help shape how we attract, grow, and retain world-class talent at Sunrise.
What you'll do:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Partner with founders and the team to identify talent needs, design hiring strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment.
Onboarding & Employee Experience: Create structured onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated and set up for success from day one.
Talent Operations: Manage core processes related to talent, including performance reviews, compensation planning, benefits administration, and compliance.
Culture & Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that foster a positive, mission-driven culture in a remote-first environment.
Learning & Development: Build and oversee development programs that enable employees to grow and excel in and beyond their roles.
People Analytics & Strategy: Use data to inform decision-making, drive continuous improvement, and align people initiatives with business goals.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices while keeping an eye on emerging trends.
Who you are:
You have 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent Management, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech company.
You are highly proactive and take ownership—Sunrise operates as a lean, fast-moving team, and we'd like to partner with someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You are passionate about building and scaling teams, ensuring a world-class employee experience while maintaining high alignment with company values.
