Fabricator

As a Fabricator I, your main responsibilities will include assisting in various departments such as gaskets, hoses, mechanical seals, and conveyor belting. You'll participate in inventory counts, maintain organized stock, operate specific tools and machines, and contribute to continuous improvement projects, ensuring the highest quality in production.

To apply for the Fabricator I position, you need a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). While having one year of industrial shop experience is preferred, it’s not mandatory. Basic computer skills and the ability to use a tape measure confidently are also required.

As a Fabricator I, you will operate various tools and machines, including a soft gasket press, circle cutter, allpax cutter, and shears. You'll also assist with basic hose tasks and use a tape measure as part of your routine. Familiarity with these tools is beneficial, but training will be provided.
