This role is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in data migration, data quality, and service delivery. You will work closely with our expert consultants and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of Syniti's solutions.WHAT YOU WILL DO• Assist in the preparation and execution of data migration and management projects.• Support the development and documentation of data models and integration touchpoints.• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure the successful implementation of Syniti's data migration methodology and tools.• Participate in the creation of business best practices, process flows, and templates to support internal and customer-facing initiatives.• Engage with the Delivery and Product organizations to ensure proper follow-up and follow-through on project deliverables.• Contribute to the development of end-to-end content for solution frameworks, showcasing the business benefits of Syniti's solutions.• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.• Support the technical infrastructure and ensure robust integration and data security within the IT ecosystem.• Participate in Syniti Education Services to gain a comprehensive understanding of Syniti solutions and best practices.• Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in data migration and management.• Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced consultants to support your professional growth.• Access to Syniti's learning paths and courses tailored to your role and career objectives.• Opportunity to contribute to internal practice development and improvement initiatives.WHAT IT TAKES• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.• Strong interest in data migration, data quality, and service delivery.• Basic understanding of data modeling and integration concepts.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.WHAT WE OFFER• Trust that you are good at what you’re doing.
