What You’ll Do
✅ Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
✅ Analyze financial and operational data to support cost-effective transportation and logistics strategies.
✅ Evaluate and establish KPIs and operational parameters that maximize fleet utilization and cost efficiency.
✅ Organize and synthesize data into meaningful insights that support informed decision making.
✅ Collaborate with departments across the business to align analytics with strategic goals.
✅ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
✅ Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
✔ A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
✔ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-intensive role.
✔ Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and financial modeling tools.
✔ Proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
✔ Knowledge of SAP S4HANA tables is highly desired; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling through data.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
✔ Must be able to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with four days onsite at our Phoenix, Arizona Corporate Office and one day with hybrid flexibility.
