Job Description

We're seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue while maintaining strong ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms
  • Conduct audience targeting and planning
  • Perform keyword research and selection
  • Manage ad copy & creative through approval process
  • Maintain conversion tracking and other pixels
  • Maintain minimum target ROAS/CPAC across all platforms
  • Optimize campaign timing and budget allocation
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time for maximum performance
  • Diversify media buying channels (find and prove new paid media channels/platforms)
  • Submit creative requests to the design team with clear success requirements
  • Manage creative testing process and provide iteration guidance
  • Conduct creative tests while maintaining winning creatives
  • Track and analyze creative performance metrics
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance landing page performance
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement optimizations
  • Track and analyze user behavior metrics
  • Create and maintain monthly paid advertising reports
  • Maintain regular stakeholder communication regarding performance
  • Stay current with paid advertising trends and developments
  • Deliver monthly creative performance reports to the design team
  • Provide updates on industry trends and best practices
