We are now looking for a Senior Analyst, Credit in Customer Account Management, Customer Operations in Finance.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in balancing risk and opportunity, ensuring responsible credit decisions that support business growth. You will provide expert guidance, drive best practices in credit risk assessment and mitigation, and collaborate across teams and businesses to strengthen credit practices. What you will do
Assess credit risk for assigned portfolios, including high-value and / or high-risk customers; conduct customer portfolio analysis on assigned business or countries
Approve or recommend credit limits within authorized levels; engage in credit limit negotiations and customer interviews with Group Credit Management and / or credit insurers
Monitor and manage credit risk across assigned customer portfolios, offering insights to recommend risk mitigation strategies
Collaborate with Group Credit Risk Management in managing escalated cases
Assist Group Credit Risk Management in preparing and presenting comprehensive credit reports and forecasts to management and credit insurer
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Business Control and Group Credit Risk Management
Guide and advise businesses on credit-related decisions, collaborate with Sales to enhance customer risk profile quality and optimize credit risks
Mentor and guide Credit Analysts to encourage professional development and upskilling within the team
Who you are
You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g. CFA, FRM) are considered an asset
You are a detail-oriented Credit Risk Analyst with 5 years of experience in evaluating financial risks and creditworthiness, with a focus on high-risk or high-value portfolios
You are a finance professional with strong expertise and practical experience in establishing credit limits and monitoring customer payment behavior to optimize risk exposure
You are an expert with in-depth knowledge and experience on B2B trade and trade credit insurance
You are a results-driven professional with a proven track record of shaping credit decisions and process development in credit risk area
You are a skilled expert with proficient analytical and mentorship skills, and polished presentation abilities
You are a strong skilled communicator who collaborates effectively with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to align credit strategies with business objectives
You are fluent in English
