Project overview: We're looking for an experienced customer support representative to provide professional, timely and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This person should have a passion for helping others & always put the customer first. We aim to respond to all customer enquiries within the same business day, so the successful applicant will need to be punctual & reliable.
