At Visa USA Inc., we’re on the lookout for creative minds to join our team as a Design Research Analyst in the vibrant city of New York! In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to partner with Visa Product teams to conduct both generative and iterative user research. Your insights will help shape the future of our products by providing consultancy and strategic direction across a wide range of user research services. Here, you’ll dive deep into various research methods, including heuristic reviews and surveys, while leading design thinking workshops and facilitating user interviews. You’ll play a crucial role in executing research using modern remote tools, or in-person in diverse settings. One of the highlights of this position is the ability to synthesize research data into high-quality deliverables, such as insights, personas, and user flows, that guide product development. You’ll then present these findings to stakeholders, making a tangible impact on product decisions. Collaboration is key—sharing your work with fellow researchers and designers will be essential. Plus, there’s a small chance for some domestic travel (up to 5%). The position is based in our New York office, with a bit of flexibility for telecommuting as well. If you’re excited about influencing design in a major way, this could be the perfect fit for you!
