In this exciting role, you will conduct both generative and iterative user research while collaborating closely with our Visa Product partners. Your expertise will guide our strategic direction, offering a wide spectrum of user research services that truly matter. From heuristic reviews to crafting detailed surveys, your contributions will help elevate our designs to new heights. You will have the opportunity to lead design thinking workshops, facilitate engaging user interviews, and carry out usability testing. Your work will not only entail executing research in various environments—both remotely and in-person—but also synthesizing that data into compelling deliverables. These will include insights, recommendations, personas, journey maps, and user flows that will play a crucial role in product development. Presenting your findings to stakeholders will be a key part of your role, as you will influence product decisions through your research insights. Additionally, you will share your processes and findings with fellow designers and researchers to encourage a collaborative environment.
