Design Research Analyst - job 25 of 32

Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Design Research Analyst (multiple openings) in New York, NY to:

  • Conduct generative and iterative user research in collaboration with Visa Product partners.
  • Provide consultancy, strategic direction, and implement a broad range of user research services.
  • Conduct various forms of research, including generative, iterative, and summative.
  • Responsible for performing heuristic reviews and aiding in the creation of surveys.
  • Lead design thinking workshops, facilitating user interviews, and conduct usability and RITE testing.
  • Execute research via remote research tools, and in-person in various formal or informal research environments.
  • Synthesize data and produce high-quality deliverables that summarize research findings and offer insights, recommendations, personas, journey maps, user flows and other research artifacts for product development.
  • Present and discuss research findings with stakeholders that facilitate product decisions.
  • Share work and processes internally with other researchers and designers.
  • Up to 5% domestic travel required.
  • Position reports to the Employer’s New York, NY office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
