We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Management Reporting Lead to prepare and deliver accurate management reports and conduct detailed financial analysis. This role is pivotal in driving the future of finance within our organization, ensuring data quality and standardization, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale finance programs, building dashboards, and utilizing business intelligence tools as this role requires a deep understanding of data management, financial analysis, and cross-functional program management.

Basic Qualifications
•10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
•12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
•Extensive experience in data management and reporting, including proficiency in SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI, and other MS Power Suite tools.
•Understanding of financial analysis and cross-functional program management.
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•Proven track record of managing large-scale finance programs with cross-functional exposure.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
•Familiarity with business intelligence tools and techniques.
•Experience in building and managing dashboards for financial reporting and analysis, providing clear and concise visualizations of complex data.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights, driving business performance and innovation.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
