What’s it all about?
The Network Integrations Team for Accounts in Visa Direct is responsible for the seamless integration of Visa Direct services with various financial institutions and payment network partners. We enable cross-border payments across the world, ensuring that Visa Direct’s capabilities are effectively deployed, maintained, and optimized to facilitate quick, secure, and reliable transactions.
This is a Business Analyst role focused on Network Expansion. Key responsibilities include supporting and completing key service integration activities, gathering and interpreting business requirements, and identifying and building improvements to Visa’s cross-border network offering.
What we expect of you, day to day:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Basic Qualification
•2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of
relevant work experience
Preferred Qualification
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
•Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, fintech, or
payment solutions industries
•Proficiency in English is required, Spanish is advantageous, any additional
languages are a plus
•You have demonstrable experience across multiple systems and project types
within the financial services / payments industry, ideally in cross border
payments, with a good understanding of payment message standards and
rules, payment schemes, payment processing technologies and regulations
•Proven experience working in an Agile methodology environment (e.g. SCRUM,
DSDM, Lean/Kanban) and ideally scaled agile methodology
•Good technical understanding of web applications and APIs
•Great intellectual agility and attention to detail
•Experience with Jira Confluence tool
•Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing
skills
•Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related issues and optimize data
processes.
