Our Workplace Technology services across Network, Client, and Cloud Environments are pivotal in shaping and maintaining the technological infrastructure integral to the efficiency, security, and innovation of our corporate environment.

The Corporate Network, Client Engineering, and Cloud Engineering teams work in concert to deliver best-in-class experiences. The Corporate Network team ensures robust and secure connectivity across the organization by overseeing the engineering roadmap and infrastructure requests for VPN, Wired, and Wireless LAN. The Client Engineering team manages endpoint roadmaps, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Windows Auto Pilot, JAMF Cloud, and JAMF Protect, while handling technical security requirements for desktop OS and browsers. The Cloud Engineering team drives the cloud solutions roadmap, covering the Microsoft 365 environment and services like Office 365 Hybrid Infrastructure and Microsoft Purview, focusing on data protection, governance solutions, and cloud application tooling. Together, these teams ensure a seamless and secure technological environment that enhances productivity and innovation.

Candidates should be passionate, self-driven and resourceful, creative problem solvers with can-do attitude, have exceptional organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, be an analytical and structured thinker as well as with significant experience in customer/partner interaction, management and software/hardware solution delivery. The position will be based in Visa’s Foster City office.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the intake process to evaluate incoming project requests for the applications you support by performing requirement elaboration, estimation and technical assessment.
  • Maintain a product backlog, facilitate backlog grooming and drive prioritization.
  • Understand User Experience, design thinking and its importance to product features and apply it to the user stories for user interface and components.
  • Deeply understand the needs of the business in utilizing critical infrastructure
  • Work with CyberSecurity, Digital Enablement and Technology Support teams to define products scope and prioritization and be flexible to iterate/change per latest developments to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Network team to oversee the engineering roadmap and infrastructure requests for VPN, Wired, and Wireless LAN, ensuring robust and secure connectivity across the organization.
  • Partner with the Client Engineering team to manage endpoint roadmaps, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Windows Auto Pilot, JAMF Cloud, and JAMF Protect, while effectively handling technical security requirements for desktop OS and commonly used browsers.
  • Work with the Cloud Engineering team to drive the cloud solutions roadmap, covering the Microsoft 365 environment and services like Office 365 Hybrid Infrastructure and Microsoft Purview, with a focus on data protection, governance solutions, and cloud application tooling.
  • Break down product requirements into clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for complex features and product sets.
  • Be the primary liaison between other business units, BU product managers, engineering, project managers, and other applicable groups to ensure flawless integration of new and existing feature sets.
  • Evaluate new product opportunities, bring forward POC/proposals and influence to expand our product features and solution footprint.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand ups, product demos, test phases, retrospectives to ensure on time, high quality delivery.
  • Work very closely with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications and final products meet business requirements.
  • Derive insights from data and help drive decision making.
  • Maintain release plans and publish release notes to stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight to develop user guides, user training materials.
  • Partner with engineering teams in providing product demos, user training and support for adoption of features and applications.
