The Opportunity

Woolf is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Demand Generation Lead (Independent Contractor) to own and execute our organic growth strategy. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who excels at driving pipeline without relying on paid channels. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing programs that engage high-value audiences, fuel inbound interest, and convert prospects into qualified leads. If you're passionate about strategic marketing, ABM, and building scalable demand engines, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and execute Woolf’s organic demand generation strategy
  • Design and run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting unacrredited colleges, bootcamps, MBA providers
  • Identify and launch strategic partnerships to co-market or co-host initiatives
  • Plan and run webinars, virtual events, and roundtables that attract and egage qualified leads
  • Collaborate closely with sales to convert marketing engagement into qualified meetings
  • Build and optimize lead capture mechanisms and nurture flows that turn brand awareness into actionable interest
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics, including SQLs, conversion rates, and CAC.
  • ***Must be able to work hours that align with Woolf's marketing team in EST: +/-3 hours from EST time zone.

What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
  • A proven track record of generating high-quality sales opportunities through organic and non-paid channels
  • Hands-on experience with ABM tools, content creation, and event strategy
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to move prospects through the funnel organically
  • Highly data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to test, build and scale what works.
