The Role
Woolf is seeking a dynamic HR professional who specializes in talent acquisition while also possessing a strong foundational understanding of other HR functions. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a future Global HR Manager role. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that we attract and hire exceptional talent globally. This individual will also support and contribute to other HR areas such as compliance, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to grow with our team.

Woolf is on the lookout for a versatile Talent Manager / HR Generalist who is ready to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and innovative environment! You'll work closely with our globally distributed team, collaborating across time zones and cultures to attract and hire exceptional talent. In this role, you'll not only spearhead talent acquisition efforts, leading everything from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding, but also touch on other important HR functions, such as compliance, payroll, and employee engagement. We want someone proactive and organized, with 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and generalist HR roles, and we prefer candidates with HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR.
