Stride Tutoring is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile best practices, guide multiple Scrum teams, and ensure the timely delivery of software solutions. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to enhance collaboration and remove obstacles for the development teams.
Responsibilities: The Scrum Master will lead project ceremonies, support release management, facilitate communication among team members, and proactively remove impediments to delivery success, ensuring alignment with Agile/Scrum practices.
Skills: Required skills include proficiency in Jira and Confluence, excellent communication abilities, and experience with Scrum methodology and technical teams.
Qualifications: Five years of technology experience and certification as a SaFe Scrum Master are required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Location: This is a remote position open to residents of the 50 states and Washington, D.C.
Compensation: $66379 - $170037 / Annually

The Scrum Master is a key member of the Stride Tutoring Team and is responsible for the timely and effective delivery of software requirements from various business contexts. Provide solutions and ideas to create a more effective scrum team. Use leadership, communication, technical, and organization skills to effectively coach the scrum team on Agile best practices, remove impediments, enhance collaboration, and ensure that the team delivers high quality working software to the customer. Successful candidates will be comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders and engineering team members to build creative solutions.
