The ServiceNow Developer will be a critical member of the IT Applications team. This role demands a deep understanding of ServiceNow, with a strong Now platform knowledge with an emphasis on ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer and scope application development. The successful candidate will not only maintain and enhance our ServiceNow ecosystem but will also serve as a technical lead, guiding and mentoring teams on best practices and complex technical solutions.

In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the platform owner and architect, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. Engaging with some of the industry's finest talents, this position offers numerous opportunities for skill enhancement and personal growth.

Responsibilities

  • Champion and evangelize best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Act as a technical lead on projects
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow, focusing on ITAM, ITOM, and integration capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the platform owner and architect to design, develop, refine ServiceNow functionalities, and ensure the platform performs seamlessly and meets business needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, design workflows/processes, and deliver consistent support.
  • Partner with IT Applications Administrators to ensure ServiceNow performs seamlessly and meets business needs.
  • Dedicate time for continuous learning to remain updated with new ServiceNow modules and features, adapting to the company's growth trajectory.

Qualifications

  • Extensive ServiceNow development and administration experience, ideally spanning 6+ years, focusing on ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, Scoped applications, and Automated Testing Framework.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a must.
  • Strongly desirable: Certification in Hardware or Software Asset Management.
  • Bonus: HR Service Delivery certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to orchestrate productive meetings, set clear user expectations, and evangelize ServiceNow best practices.
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for translating complex concepts into digestible insights.
