IT Support Engineer

Rush Street Interactive is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the proper functioning of computer hardware and software systems.

Skills

Strong knowledge of popular operating systems
Experience in solving complex hardware and software issues
Good mastery of English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ownership mindset and passion for technology
Critical thinking and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Engage with users to identify and prioritize technical issues
Resolve or escalate user problems promptly
Advocate for IT and InfoSec departments' policies and best practices
Install and upgrade operating systems and software
Provide technical support on-site or remotely
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
Manage user accesses and reset passwords
Order and track IT-related supplies
Cooperate with internal and external teams
Create technical documentation
