The Associate Director, Business Relationship Management – Medical Affairs + Health Impact is responsible for partnering with the Medical Affairs Business (OUS and US) to translate business goals into technology strategies to create successful programs for the Medical Affairs portfolio of Therapeutic area (TA) tools and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Medical Affairs is a diverse organization working to strengthen their contributions to Pipeline Agility and Lifecycle Management, capitalizing on their clinical advocacy across geographies. It is a fast-paced and dynamic area for AbbVie. The Associate Director, Business Relationship Management should be able to provide excellent internal customer support and customer satisfaction while driving the technology strategies for Medical Field Teams focusing on strategies for TA tools as well as CRM enablement.
The Associate Director, Business Relationship Management, will define the capabilities needed to implement the business and technical strategy. This role will prioritize the identified programs, manage financials, work with Medical TAs and Med Engagement to deliver the solutions, and provide continuous program and project support. The Associate Director, Business Relationship Management will be responsible for all aspects of stakeholder management within Medical Field Excellence and will partner with other areas to ensure capacity and alignment across all technology programs for Medical Affairs. This role will build and maintain relationships with Medical Affairs Operations, Medical Area and TA VPs and Medical Directors.
