Through these experiences and in our workplace, we strive to elevate our business, grow our fan base, and cultivate a community anchored in belonging and inclusion in every aspect, on and off the court.SUMMARYThe Coordinator, Social Media will be responsible for social strategy, channel management, and publishing across select BSE social media channels. This person will also contribute to influencer marketing efforts with a focus on social media creators. This role will work collaboratively with the Content team and across the business to develop social media content that fosters growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of how people consume social content, pay attention to detail, and keep current on cultural and industry trends.WHAT YOU WILL DORun the editorial calendar and be responsible for day-to-day social publishing for select BSE accountsDevelop organic social media channel strategies in conjunction with the social media leadership teamCurate, prioritize, and produce content that is consistent with brand messagingSupport conceptualization, production, and publishing of social content and campaigns for Barclays Center and other BSE propertiesBuild detailed distribution plans for priority content initiativesSupport the development of influencer / creator strategy, objectives and metrics anchored towards engagement and content creationPrepare reporting documents for clients that demonstrate strategy, execution, and achievement of social media goalsStay abreast of social media trends and integrate new opportunities for select BSE social media presenceAttend and cover Barclays Center events, including concerts and more, with the goal of producing compelling content that captures attentionResearch, vet, and engage potential influencers across Instagram, TikTok, etc. to build a pipeline of talent for BSE propertiesLiaise with Celebrity/Talent team to coordinate shoots/capture content, and fulfill influencer contentMeasure program performance and report key insights and resultsStay on top of social media trends and the creator landscape to inform new strategiesWHAT YOU WILL BRING1-3 years experience in social media role preferredDeep understanding of current and emerging social media platforms and trendsStrong visual eye with regard to the production and curation of social media content (photography, video, graphics)Experience with social media measurement tools such as EmplifiExperience in Adobe Creative SuiteWHO YOU AREConnoisseur of pop culture, entertainment, and industry trendsOutstanding attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenGreat teammate with the ability to work independently as neededTRAVEL REQUIREMENTSThis role is unlikely to include travel requirements but could include attendance at industry events on nights and weekends.SALARY RANGE$64,500 - $69,000 base salaryWORK ENVIRONMENTWorks primarily in an office environment but upon request will be expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.
