We believe great ideas shape culture, and we’re looking for a Concept Creative who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, branding, and digital innovation. If you’re all about crafting compelling brand activations, staying ahead of cultural trends, and turning insights into creative concepts, this role is for you. 

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop fresh, engaging ideas that go beyond traditional advertising—driving meaningful connections between brands and audiences in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. 

  • Develop creative concepts that translate brand strategies into engaging campaigns across social media, digital, and beyond. 
  • Stay culturally sharp by keeping up with trends in pop culture, social media, and entertainment to inform ideas that resonate with audiences. 
  • Craft and present ideas through strong storytelling, polished decks, and compelling narratives that bring concepts to life. 
  • Collaborate with teams including designers, video producers, and strategists to execute concepts with creative excellence. 
  • Shape brand narratives by defining campaign rollouts and ensuring content feels relevant, fresh, and aligned with brand identity. 
  • Analyze and apply insights by leveraging consumer trends and performance data to refine creative direction. 
  • Push creative boundaries by exploring new formats, experimenting with storytelling approaches, and elevating LOOP’s creative output. 
  • Fluency in English is required, and German language skills are a plus.
